Judge dismisses Owners appeal of acv status

The Black Horse is registered as an Asset of Community Value (ACV), which helps to protect the pub from things such as redevelopment and being used as a private residence. The owners had appealed the registration with Melton Borough Council back in June of last year, but lost their case. They then made a further appeal to a First-tier Tribunal of the General Regulatory Chamber, which was heard by a judge. The appeal has just been dismissed.
