We met with the pub owners in early April to discuss the results of the RICS Purchaser Survey and are very pleased to announce that we have come to an amicable agreement to purchase The Black Horse (freehold, fixtures and fittings) for £380k.
We are now very busy completing the Share Issue documentation and our Business Plan. Owing to the timing of funding to support the cost of obtaining the Community Share Issue Standard Mark, we anticipate that our Share Issue launch date will be around the end of June.
